Time

Telling the time can be difficult for some dyslexic students.

They find telling the time on a clock with hands particularly difficult as they often find it hard to tell the difference between the minute and hour hands.

They may be able to tell whole hours and half hours but struggle with the minutes past and to the hour.

A teaching watch with different coloured hands can help.
